This visa may not feature a rewards program, but it does feature a low ongoing interest rate of 10.90%, and an intro rate of just 3.9% for the first 6 months. This card is open to those with even average credit. While this card has no rewards program, it will make a donation to a community organization of your choice with each use of this card, making it an ideal card to help make a real difference in your community, while saving you money at the same time thanks to the lower interest rate this card offers. Like the other cards in this list it has no annual fee.

Features a 0% intro APR for purchases and for balance transfers for 14 months, which granted is a weird amount of months as most credit companies go for intro APRs of 12 months or 18 months, but 14 months of zero interest is a great deal. This Visa card also has a 0% introductory APR, this one lasts for 15 months both on new purchases as well as balance transfers.
